This product saved me!!!
I had knee replacement surgery and I wanted to do something to help myself while at home and this is exactly what what I needed!!! The difference in the bands was really helpful in the process of getting my strength back! I was 3 weeks out of complete knee replacement and this product had me up and running. I would recommend this to ANYBODY who has little to no strength and trying to build up slowly... I'm in my 50's I have destroyed my knees over the years playing Ball. If it helped me then it would definitely help you! The bands are very long and Wide and comes in a very durable mesh bag for storage .

Feels great! but not as shown. Missing velcro, instructions. Toe area slips off 3 1/2 stars
This foot stretcher is made from good quality materials that are lightweight and seem durable. Unfortunately, like many other reviewers, my strap is missing the velcro strap that goes over the toe area to help keep it in place, as shown in the photo. It actually took a while for me to figure out how to put it on because there was nothing in the box but the strap and a mesh bag. I had never seen one in use before. I found helpful info from other reviewers on usage. I attached the strap to my foot and could only use the velcro around the ankle. Nothing to hold the toe area of my foot in place. So my foot does slip to the side while pulling the strap to stretch it. and that makes it less easy to use. But I do have to say that it does feel VERY good! The strap loops are easy to grab and pull. This gadget was offered to me about the same time I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis. I was sent home with a $220 soft boot, an Rx for anti-inflammatories, and an order for physical therapy. Prevention is often key with a condition such as this. I found that this stretcher makes my feet feel better and even makes my calves feel better. My hope is that, with regular use, I can prevent plantar fasciitis in my other foot and help prevent recurrences in my affected foot. Using it was tricky because there were no instructions provided. While trying to learn how to use this strap I learned that the same exercises can be done with simple gadgets you may already have. Stretch straps, towels, resistance bands, etc. Stretch upwards about 10 times before walking. Or do stretches without any tools that you can learn from physical therapists such as Bob and Brad.

Easy to use
I had knee replacement surgery which resulted in drop foot. This is great for rehabbing knee and for exercising my foot. Glad I ordered it.

DIFFERENT THAN PICTURED. Versatile strap, a bit pricey.
First a warning - what I received it different than pictured. There is no velcro strap on the toe. There is only one velcro strap for the ankle. It doesn't bother me, I can use it fine without. But be forewarned, if you think you need that strap. Also, this is for a smaller foot - I'm a size 12 mens shoe and this is not large enough to cover my toes LOL. The strap kindof goes between my toes. I would say this is a mens size 10.5 max. But it still works ok for me, I'm not going to complain that much.I've had plantar fasciitis a couple times. As you may know, it can be pretty horrible. I used just a yoga strap, or even a towel, sometimes to stretch my foot. Those methods work fine, but this is a bit easier, I can just relax in a chair and hold the strap while I do other things. Or I can even hook the strap around a chair leg and do the stretch hands free. It's a good method for prevention if you're prone to plantar fasciitis.I will add, after suffering for months with it, I saw a chiropractor who also does acupuncture and other things. He has an incredibly high success rate to reverse plantar fasciitis after just 4 or 5 visits (2-3 weeks). I wish I had known that some chiropractors know how to treat it inexpensively, my podiatrist was really no help at all. I also found that phase-4 style shoe inserts help prevent it, if you can find something like that, a firm/rigid insert with a high arch (not the soft gel type). Finally, I found going to an asian reflexology massage place at the mall really helped, my chiropractor said the tissue has to be broken up through rigorous massage so it can heal, it's painful, but really really helps heal faster. In my city the reflexology places are usually about a dollar per minute (ie, 30 minute foot massage for $30, plus tip). This strap can be used for other things as well, the handles built into the strap makes it versatile for yoga, etc. In the end it's just a nylon strap so I have a hard time thinking it's worth $20. But then again, anything that helps alleviate a crippling problem is worth it.

The cheap version lasted longer
The Velcro at bottom that goes around my feet just started ripping one morning until it finally came off I couldn't send it back so I wouldn't recommend this one but the blue one I bought works and hasn't ripped although I bought it after I bought the red one

Foot strap too long.
The strap that is supposed to go across the top of the foot is too long on me. It went across my toes instead of my foot. If you wear size 7 shoes in women's then the foot strap will be too close to the toes to do any good.
