Was happy to receive toner and drum replacements quickly. Very good directions included with product and installation went great. Can't comment on longevity as this is my first purchase and hope it lasts a long time.

Replaced both drum and toner cartridge at the same time, so I don't know which is the source of the problem. But documents printed using these products aren't usable for anything but notes or prints of e-mails, etc. for internal use - unusable for correspondence. Prints containing photos or complex graphics are totally unusable.

Easy good working condition my printer

It fit well and worked well. I have only had it for a couple of weeks so there is no way I can tell how long it will last. I print occasionally. not extensively.

What is good is that it works and fit the printer. Product is as advertized. And would buy it agian. As I said worth it, unlike what the other where charging.

Great price good product works great

Toner cartridge was good the drum was junk. Printed a ghost image as the paper rolled through the drum. Ended up just cleaning the original drum with alcohol and it was good as new.

Puts out a good quality print for money spent. Will purchase again.
