Not upto the mark

I’m in love with this product. It removes any stain I’ve encountered. I even have let it sit on the fabric for a few days and it did not discolor the fabric.

We were tired of discarding clothes just because a small stain appeared. We decided to give this product a shot and let me tell you. It got out stains like a champ! Not only did it get the stains out, it made the treated clothes appear practically new. It is a powerhouse cleaning agent, but it’s NOT a miracle worker. There are limitations, as most products have, like it won’t get dried paint that has been on the fabric for days and weeks. But, most food stains and dirt stains are no match for this stuff.

This product removed a red permanent marker stain that had been in a carpet for a long time.

UPDATE: I kept at it with the stains and discovered that the final step of laundering “as usual” is when the stain goes. I tried this on both pants and a couch. The pants are clean! It was when the washing with ordinary soap and water (in this case by hand) that the stain disappeared. The couch stain still isn’t gone all the way, but it is much better. So I will repeat the process and focus most on the washing at the end part. (The directions clearly state not to wet the item you are cleaning with water before beginning so I am going to let the couch dry thoroughly before I try it again). But I am quite impressed by the job it did on the pants and can now recommend this product!Original review: This product took a while to arrive and I waited impatiently as a pair of pants had gotten ballpoint on them. Followed the directions exactly. Sadly, this product did not reduce the stain much at all. Plain rubbing alcohol worked better. (The product has a pleasant fragrance but to my mind that’s not worth the greatly higher price as compared with rubbing alcohol).It removed a slight amount of a sharpie stain on a fabric couch, but not much. Stain still very very visible. Again, rubbing alcohol worked better on both these ink stains, though it slightly faded the area treated for the pants, which this product did not. But this product didn’t work for me at least.

The product works really well. I got my hockey jersey signed by Alex Ovechkin. He accidentally left the marker tip on part of my sleeve. So I bought this product and had hope and prayer the stain would come out. First pic is stain, second pic is after using the product and scrubbing a few times, and last pic is outcome. It’s mostly out and I probably could try a little scrubbing a little more if I wanted to. I used my nail and a tooth brush to scrub stain and kept blotting with paper towels. Like the box says, it takes patience and persistence. I’m happy with the product and would buy again if I needed to.
