Good chair, bad packaging
The parts were just dumped in the package, they could have easily broken. The assembly guy did not turn up at all and I ended up assembling it myself(which is quite easy). Overall the chair is really good on the first day, it’s comfortable. But e packaging and support were really poor.Edit:After using for close to 3 months, the chair is ready sturdy and overall good.

Delivery : on timePackaging : very goodLife of the chair is not more than 1.5 years.It's a build your own product, which has instructions to help.After two months of usage of this chair, I can certainly say, buy at your own risk.Even after assembling the product right:The arm rest is misaligned & flimsy to say the least. Its height adjustments good enough.The back rest keeps wobbling at idle & it doesn't support your back well. The lumbar support is useless & no matter how much you adjust, you will never get your lumbar supported,The seat is well cushioned & padded,The hydraulic height adjustment if the chair works very well, doesn't bottom down when you sit,The wheels are okay, as they sometimes lose balance, so you will have to be cautious.The back recliner adjustment is okay, not that good, since, you will have to make adjustments sometimes, because it would either toughen up of loosen down on its own,I have removed the neck/head rest, because it's useless for my height. Good for people before 5'8" & above 6'4".Personally, I would like to return the product

Good sturdy chair but the neck support is not that useful
Company should do some re-engineering and put the neck support bit forward.

Poor quality. Decent chair
The chair came in horrible packaging with all items thrown in into a box. No cushioning, no proper organising. The chair in itself was easy to assemble but the plastic quality is horrible. Rough unfinished edges and creaking. Not meant for anyone weighing >70kgs to be honest. The wheel legs are made from hard ABS. Mesh quality is decent. Looks good in person but that’s the end of it. Need to see how long it lasts.

Bought it for my husband as he was cribbing about his old chair. Now he is happy and irritates me less. Thank you for a great product. 😃

Pros:Budget chair- Purchase during sale at 6kErgonomic- Comes with wide amount of customisation ranging from back rest recliner, hand rest height and forward backward adgestment.Availablity of head rest is a plus at this price.Cons:No cons till now, using since 2 weeks will update if something comes.
