Update: Customer service reached out to me based upon my 1 star review and asked questions about what went wrong. After some productive back and forth, they offered a replacement or a full refund. I asked for a refund and they promptly returned the full purchase price.The adhesive just doesn't stay on. Tried three times and warm days where the sun hits the windshield does it in. Yes I cleaned the surface with alcohol to no avail. Finally rigged up my own idea by adhering a metal plate to the dash and then using epoxy to attach my metal phone holder to the metal plate.

Update: The company contacted me and made things right, so I have amended my review from three stars to four. So, go ahead and try this kit. Maybe it'll work awesomely for you. And if it doesn't, Pop-Tech stands behind their products.Sticky circles work for a while, then the foam fails and separates, leaving the adhesive with a layer of foam on both of the surfaces (in this case, both my car and the Pop-Tech Universal Car Mount that's the steel ball on a base that mounts with an adhesive circle). Not sure if I'll buy these again, once the six replacements are used up . . .

I needed more sticky pieces to reattach my magnetic phone holder. I didn’t have any problems with them during the winter, but I had trouble with it coming detached in very hot weather (Texas for example). They might work better in climates that don't get the interior of your car 150 degrees, however, the seller was able to accommodate me in a satisfactory manner. If you want to attach it permanently, I would suggest using JB Weld, that way you can use the very convenient holder year round.

I love this product. Works great. Does not feel cheap. For the price it is Grade A. The sellers also contacted me by email after it was delivered to make sure that it was what I was expecting. In other words great customer service. I love when a seller checks on you to see if the product met your needs. It shows they care about their customers. I live in Socal temps are 100 some degree farenheit and still sticks for me. My phone is a s9 plus its bigger and heavier but the adhesive pads are still holding my phone up like a champ. Definately recommend this product.

I love my pack, I've had issues with the stickies that originally came with my car mount as I had to exchange my phone a few times and could not remove the stickies. I found this product and love that they came with stickies pads for easy removal. I also love that they give you a variety for your personal needs and individual selection of strength for the stickies. I for one drive for Postmates so I need something strong, convinient, and easy to use. I live in Phoenix and it's a dry 110 during the summer and have not had any problems.

The sticker to hold the cell holder seems to hold well though I wish it was a bit larger. The direction card shoukd include which side goes to holder and which to dash. Its a bit of a challenge to get the yellow sticky cover off. I bought this for the adhesive stickers but it seems the metal pieces for magnet are a good variety

Great quick delivery and items were as described. Packaging is compact so it does not demand too much space (I leave this in my car). The only issue I had was the adhesives were smaller than what I needed, but they still got the job done (the adhesive on a mount I bought was terrible). It's also nice to have a few extra metal rings as I have numerous cases for my iPhone X.

I’m not going to knock off any stars because I don’t see where Pop-Tech claims it would work with a wireless charger, BUT, I read somewhere here either in the Q&A or reviews that it would work. It doesn’t...at least on the 3 Qi chargers i tried.Soooo, this purchase is basically useless to me unless I want to give up wireless charging, which I don’t. :(
