I use this in combination with bovine colostrum, apple cider vinegar gummies, and probiotics--it has worked very well! My only issue is the VERY stout berry flavor--I do take it more like a shot. If you like berry flavoring, you will definitely love it! Its my own fault--next time I know to try to get unflavored.

great nitric boost!

I’ve been testing the Force Factor Total Beets powder for three weeks now. Here is my honest take:Honestly, this is the best-tasting beet supplement I’ve tried. The Pomegranate Berry flavor completely masks that "earthy" or "dirt" taste you usually get with beet products. It mixes easily in cold water and isn't gritty at all.After 21 days of consistent daily use, I haven't noticed a significant change in my energy levels or any measurable difference in my blood pressure readings. While I’m sure the antioxidants and nitric oxide support are good for the body in the long run, I didn’t feel the "boost" I was hoping for.Looking at the retail price, it does feel a bit expensive for a 30-day supply, especially if you aren't feeling an immediate physical benefit.Summary: If you want the health benefits of beets but can't stand the taste of the actual vegetable, this is a perfect solution because it tastes like fruit juice. However, if you're looking for a noticeable energy surge, you might find it a bit underwhelming for the cost.

Tried this after trying Superbeets. This brand had a bigger scoop (ie you are using more powder per serving) and I thought the flavor was worse than Superbeets. It had a much stronger "sugar free sweetener" taste and was more beety. It also has more caffeine than the other brand. That's on me- I didn't check how much caffeine was in it, but that limits when you can drink it. It has more added ingredients than Superbeets. Overall I would pick Superbeets over this one, but if there is a big price dif, then this one is OK.

Look around to find a better price for Total Beets. I did and Amazon has, by a good margin the lowest prices. Didn’t have to use a drop of expensive gas ether to fetch it.I don’t get enough solid sleep in my busy life. Waking up early daily was rather getting more difficult as I turned 55+. Then this Beets powder with a little water before getting out of bed made a big difference. Tried many things. Total Beets worked best for me.

I am very happy with this product and I love the flavor. I can now add my heart health with a powder instead of a pill.What I realized, though was that there is sodium and caffeine in this product, which I cannot take for my heart health. Kind of a contradiction in terms.
