DW DWCP9502LB8 Hi-Hat Stand

This is a wonderful addition to your set if you're wanting to be in closer range to other half of drum set. It is a little odd to set up and get accustomed to at first but in time is almost second nature. There are other (cheaper) versions of this component but i read enough about it to be convinced it should be in my arsenal.

Don't let the cost deter you. This is a must have for your rig, especially for double pedal players. It's also great for single pedal players if you just want to save space and not have a hihat stand in the way. Say goodbye to breaking your back to cross over to the hihat, you can now place it anywhere that's comfortable.

I was pining over this unit for a while now, and now I have it, I rule! Seriously, it is a great addition to any kit, smooth operation, easy install. (Once you find the room to squeeze it in) All in all perfect for my setup..

Love it! Exactly what I was looking for. Cable is super smooth. Very sturdy and and a very high quality piece of equipment. DW is the best. May need to buy another one for the side of the kit haha.

Feels the same as a standard hi hat stand maybe even better since it's very flexible with the two legged swivel pedal stand.

DW hardware is the best of the best. I never used to think that hardware mattered that much but now I see the error of my ways. Good hardware actually even makes you a better player. I'm so glad that I got this remote hihat stand. It is the heart of my set up and it helped me finally build the rig that I had envisioned in my mind for years.
