the taste was as expected from a previous propolis product (astringent and alcohol tasting) so i mix it in a herbal tea with honey, i imagine its healthy but i try to disguise the taste nonetheless.i primary use it for mould related sensitivity.- but mixed with all the other stuff i take its hard to specify how much it helps.anyway i was disappointed with the dropper and lid seal with this one, i had it stored upright in a cupboard after use, and somehow it sort of leaked out (maybe heat/ temperature change- i dont know) but its felt messy and sticky to use this time hence the rating

Tasted revolting plus it say alcohol free on Amazon website but does not state it on the packaging or the bottle messaged the seller and was told it doesn't contain alcohol and the reason why it doesn't say on the bottle is because not enough room but there is plenty of room to state alcohol free but it actually does taste like it has alcohol in apart food that it doesn't have horrible taste will stick to buying nature's answer which has better taste and does the job
