Great product
Works very well! Everything came packaged very neatly. The pump worked just fine. The ball seems to be holding air very well and has a soft outer coating. I would highly recommend this item.

A Great Adjunct to Physical Therapy
My wife purchased this pilates ball to help with therapeutic exercises. It is soft, nonlatex and therefore allergy free, and does not get dirty. It is easy to use and helps strengthen targeted muscles. It comes with a straw so you can inflate it easily as well.

Besonders bei Pilates- und Stabilitätsübungen merkt man schnell den Effekt. Die Muskulatur wird gezielt aktiviert, und man kann viele Übungen intensiver gestalten. Auch für Dehnübungen oder zur Entlastung des Rückens ist er super geeignet. Der Ball lässt sich leicht aufblasen, hält die Luft gut und ist klein genug, um ihn überall mitzunehmen.
