Grilleye Iris Thermometer Probe

I have owned all three versions of the GrillEye products and the three versions of the probs, and these new Iris ones are disappointingly inaccurate. I have 4 of them and when all are place on either a ice water or warm water the separation in temperature is up to 20 degrees. Compared to the previous versions which are within a degree or two. I find myself using an older version of the GrillEye and leaving the max in the drawer because is can’t trust the temperature readings.
