Good Value
Shimano has added some extra material and these seem to work as well as the Kool Stop pads I was using. I don't like to use unbranded brake pads because they are critical safety components and I want my wheels to last.

Bike stops when I want it to stop.
Really solid brake pads with good stopping power, modulation and durability. They seem to be pretty fair to your rims as well since they don't trap a lot of debris in 'normal' (good weather, decent roads) riding conditions. If you have alloy brake tracks on your rims, I can't understand why you would feel compelled to spend $15-30 for brake pads when you can get a set of these on a sale for less than $4 on Amazon. For reference, I use them in Shimano Ultegra 6600 and SRAM Force caliper brakes.
