This lamp is so cool, we all love it. It is very bright and has a great variety of colors. It comes with a usb cable for charging. The remote needs batteries which not included, but it is really easy to control the light with the remote, more color modes can be chose. It comes with a stake, very solid built, very stable in the ground, making the ball light looks very nice in our little garden at night, we also love that all the colors can be dimmed. We will definitely buy more soon.

This was so beautiful, but fully stopped charging after less than a month, and now it doesn't work and its useless. Also, when it did work, the battery life was so short. Don't waste your money on this and instead invest in a better ball lamp like Ikea.

Bought it a month ago so I am past the return window. I took it out of the box to use in my daughter’s new apartment this week, worked approximately 48 hours (not constant use). It seem to glitch or short out and now won't take a charge and won’t turn back on.

The product works wondeful, and makes for a good nightlight/gift. Since the manual is no help, Ill give it to you straight. You are supposed to charge it for 2-4 hours for it to fully charge, it will change from a faint red to a faint blue color. Though you are still able to use it while it is charging. You'll know that it is on if you can clearly see the light in a well lit room. You may turn it on by pressing the ON/OFF button on the bottom of the ball, or by simply pressing ON on the remote. To turn it off it is the same, except you have to hold the button on the bottom of the ball. The remote already comes with a battery. If you have a defective unit, the seller will gladly work with you to make things right, whether it's reimbursement or replacement. An overall good product and experience, since I had to return my unit. I would recommend buying one, and might buy another one as a separate gift.

I keep it plugged in all the time except when it goes outside for an event. Battery lasts A LONG TIME (about 40 hrs) so it just sits there being awesome. Love the color choices. I use it also in a room for guests or the bathroom for night time glow. It’s very versatile and the remote is super easy to use. Fun to have too.

I wanted to like these, they are absolutely adorable. Adorable when lit. But then, they die, and to recharge, honey good luck. I have tried power charging for a few minutes, I have tried hours and hours and hours of charging, doesn't matter, nothing works to charge these things. I gave up, thankfully i'm within the return window, otherwise, I would be so upset. I wouldn't recommend these unless you will literally only use them the one time after you opened the box. That's it, I wouldn't recommend them outside of this window. Just sucks because they are sooo cute, so adorable in person. I got the 8 inch and it was perfect for our bedroom, I got two for each of our nightstands and it omits the best light. Just perfect. Until they die and can't recharge, which defeats the whole purpose.

Nice light but it needs charging too often. It stays charged for about 10-12 hours so it’s a bit frustrating to have to be constantly charging it. Also pretty pricey for what you get. We got another light like this for like 1/10th of the cost that runs on aaa batteries. Wouldn’t buy this one again.
