36V1000W MOTOR KITS

It's a great little kit! Our neighbor gave us this old pedal kart and I decided it would be a fun project for me and the kids to convert it into an electric kart. This kit was absolutely perfect. Has a really really nice amount of oomph and it's a breeze to wire up. I don't have a single complain with it and the kids had a blast building it and riding it. I love that it comes with different throttles so that maybe one day we can reuse it on another project. I'd definitely buy this kit again.

Used this kit on an old sears go kart frame. Kit is great a couple things that are not up to snuff are as follows: 1) terminal strip is junk 2) directions are sub par and the English in them is not the best, YouTube will be your best bet for trouble shooting. 3) for a kart there is not option for reverse so you will have to get creative and use the switch provided or make your own. Otherwise it’s good. With 36v our cart is doing around 25mph with my 40lb son ripping

The kit is pretty awesome, some the connector wires don't make sense (eg. Light indicator and the two brake connectors). The most important thing to note is out of the box the motor rotation is clock wise, but if you want to switch direction, you can by changing the wiring. I found a YouTube video explaining what to do and it worked.

Wiring was not as straightforward as hoped for the tags on the controller were labeled but the accessories weren't labeled. I am putting it on a home made go kart. Just having trouble lining up the sprockets. Has no trouble getting up to speed with 200 lbs. Has been a fun project

My son and grandpa built a fully functional go cart using this in the summer they both enjoyed the process it was a fun project.

Works well in my application, which is actually a heavy go-kart I repowered. I had to source a different sprocket for compatibility, but otherwise everything went together incredibly easily. It’s been complete for over a year and still works well.

Going to update this review after I setup but everything, the quality, backaging and labeling is great. Update: the wiring on the motor was wrong it seems the motors blown and will not work. Not sure what to do now as I built my entire mod with the Kunray kit. Gonna contact support see if they can replace motor. Something wrong with this kit, at least the one I got. It does not go beyond 2mph. The wiring is correct and using good wires. However on the 3 speed, first speed cant even handle my weight. I am 180lbs. The second one moves slowly until it heats the motor or something and gives out and 3rd speed gives out right away. I have two different batteries rated for 1000W that worked well with my previous kit. I don't know what to do very frustrated. Willing to try exchanging if the support lets me send back and receive new kit otherwise gonna look for other options on Amazon for my 36v setup.
