The product came in an excellent and sturdy package. The customer service team contracted on the same day of delivery to fix an appointment for installation. The technician did a splendid job in installing the product and the team is in regular contact to check about your experience. You have free access to fitness videos and a complementary dietician appointment. You have option of selecting packages for fitness classes. The product is strong and sturdy and is stable during exercise. It is more than a week of usage and so far it is doing good. I strongly recommend this treadmill for beginners like me who are looking for cost effective modes for exercising. The 4-in-1 manual treadmill saves electricity cost also compared to the electric version. PS: even though we can do self installation, I recommend to avail the service of the company in installing the treadmill as the technician will tighten all the nuts and bolts properly to give a stable product. I have seen people complaining about shaking treadmill after installing by self.

The product works really well..it doesn't require electric use as its manual which is a plus point for household, the set up was good, and didn't take any delays,at a very affordable rate as it was too difficult to set up everything on our own the fix is appropriate, tho the screws do come out at some point but that's ok as its easy to fix them back without requiring any tools...really like the measures being accurate (I have compared it with my watch too), the product is compact and portable(not everywhere ofcourse but very easy to move) overall a very good product if u want to solely work out at home and perform cardio without any additional requirements of going to track field everyday as its not generally consistent, I don't have worry about doing cardios during winters or monsoon's 😄

Product is not good

Product: Treadmill is good. Please note, installation is not free. It needs to be paid directly to Engineer. DIY is easy, just need patience. All required parts, screws and nuts were provided. Installation manual and warranty card was missing. Shared over WhatsApp by customer care. Used treadmill for 3 days. It works well. Don't try to compare it with automatic Treadmill. Special feature: Diet advice and training advice free. Dietician: Ms Pooja well heard my tricky requirement. I need to gain weight using exercise but have food restrictions due to diabetes. She prepared special diet plan and explained it well. She will also track my diet for few days. Trainer: Talked to Bhavana. She listened to me very carefully and provided valuable suggestions. Overall happy customer!!!

Writing this review after a month of usage. It's okay product, but i have to use more of my own energy to keep it moving and as of now can walk on it for 15 mins only. Few screws where missing and it didn't come with a user manual. And we had to see the video and assemble it and buy my own screws to install it. Even though the customer care called me to ask for the need of a man to install it, but buy that time my brother and my father already have installed the product. It took them around 1hr. Twister, Push-Up and Stepper is great 👍👏. But the only issue I am facing is with the threadmill, because I need to use my own pressure to make it moving and it doesn't move when it's kept straight, only moves when it's kept in inclined position and it keeps stopping in between and it's annoying to me, it doesn't feel like I am walking it feels like I am on a task to keep the machine moving. I didn't enjoy the threadmill and I immediately wanted an electric one, on which you can walk peacefully for an hour. And the speed, distance, pulse buttons are just useless, because my smart watch does an amazing job at accurately detecting the pulse and distance or steps I have taken. So it's not accurate on this threadmill, don't blindly believe it. I would honestly give it a 3⭐, because I am not enjoying it daily since a month and everyday I regret not going to a never by store and testing the machine before buying this kind of threadmill. So before you buy this one please test if you are capable of using this manual threadmill near by store and then buy it online or offline. Because I just want to sell this one already and buy a electric threadmill. Once again I am repeating, please check threadmill and you capacity of being able to walk or run on manual threadmill in a near by store. Same as you test drive your car, because I am regretting it. Now I understood why gyms don't have manual threadmills.

the treadmill had all necessary features and was within budget meeting all requirements. Would suggest anyone to go for it. I’m happy with the Treadmill till now. I’ve used your product only for 2 days, I would be able to give a more accurate feedback once I use it at least for couple of months. However, the build quality of the product is good. Installation was quick and technician was well mannered and professional. I recommend this model
