The technician did a splendid job in installing the product and the team is in regular contact to check about your experience. You have free access to fitness videos and a complementary dietician appointment. You have option of selecting packages for fitness classes.The product is strong and sturdy and is stable during exercise. It is more than a week of usage and so far it is doing good. I strongly recommend this treadmill for beginners like me who are looking for cost effective modes for exercising. The 4-in-1 manual treadmill saves electricity cost also compared to the electric version.PS: even though we can do self installation, I recommend to avail the service of the company in installing the treadmill as the technician will tighten all the nuts and bolts properly to give a stable product. I have seen people complaining about shaking treadmill after installing by self.

The product works really well..it doesn't require electric use as its manual which is a plus point for household, the set up was good, and didn't take any delays,at a very affordable rate as it was too difficult to set up everything on our own the fix is appropriate, tho the screws do come out at some point but that's ok as its easy to fix them back without requiring any tools...really like the measures being accurate (I have compared it with my watch too), the product is compact and portable(not everywhere ofcourse but very easy to move) overall a very good product if u want to solely work out at home and perform cardio without any additional requirements of going to track field everyday as its not generally consistent, I don't have worry about doing cardios during winters or monsoon's 😄

Imagine If you are walking fastly for sometime & suddenly if wheel got stuck or stopped what happens.Same thing happened with this machine.It took 3+ hours to assemble the machine. Then I come to know that the machine is not functioning properly.Placed replacement request, again & it took more than 3 hours to dismantle it .Totally 6 hours and lot of effort wasted for nothingWalking wheel not functioning properly.Walking wheel got stops in between.Fitting issue is there. Parts are not properly fits.

Simply superb. Built quality is very good. Very esay to install. Fitting spanner and Ellen key is also provided along with extra fastners. While connecting electric connectors we have to check length and connect. Some labelling to connectors could have been more easy to identify .

Service for the product is great, got it installed by a technician, got Apoorva on call as a dietician who will help me lose weight in 3 months. The machine is small and compact in size, the engineers have designed it with keeping in mind that it doesn't take much space.The treadmill is smooth and fast, works great. I have yet to use it for a longer period to know the durability of the product. But so far, it's a great machine at this price range.Cons:Ease of folding is a bit tedious as you have to completely unscrew a knob and screw it again.The step-walker should've been a bit higher so that it has a better range of motion and it doesn't hit the treadmill.The rotating stand for waist is not smooth.
