Q: Why is this product so much more expensive? I purchased this same product for $20 and now it is more than double?

I am asking the same question! I'm also having a difficult time finding this tea in the stores in our area. Maybe the company is having distribution issues. I hope they are not going out of business or worse... I think it is the best mix on the market.

Q: To make an iced chai, do you have to pour it into hot water and then ice or can you just stir it in ice in the first place?

I don't know how exactly it's supposed to be made but what I did was heated up water, added a scoop of the chai mix - stirred. Then I would pour it over ice and drink. Hope that helps!

Q: Is this the original Vanilla Chair Latte mix, not the new one that comes in the lavender bags?

I did not know they were different. I know they just change the packaging to my knowledge. Just taste the same as all the other big train vanilla chai i have had
