Rachael Ray Bakeware Nonstick Roaster/Roasting Pan with Reversible Rack, 13.5 Inch, Gray

I tested it with first roasting vegetables slightly coated with oil. Turned out per. Left no stains.Clean up was a breeze!Similarly with a roast using the rack.Lots of room for vegetables and the rack allows roast to be done without removing or moving vegetables

The price of the pan is about 1/3 of higher end pans, and it cooks and cleans up well. Unfortunately, the metal is pretty this, guess 1/3 the price translates to 1/3 the metal. Anyhow, I bought it to use in my 2nd home, and cooked a pork roast in it today. Cooked great, clean up was very easy, so for infrequent use, it’s great. I think if this was for my primary kitchen, I would buy one that was heavier.

This pan cleans up super easy, even grease burnt on just wipes off. It is on the larger side, so just pay attention to the dimensions. But I love it!

I love this pan. It's a little big, but not so big it can not be used for 2 - 4 people.It is SO EASY to clean and care for. For me the ONLY drawback is storage. I have a small kitchen and have to store it in my oven. I'm not fond of storing things in the oven but c'est la vie.I'm very happy with my purchase. I just wish I could find a similar item for a toaster/convection oven and I'd be in roasting pan heaven.

Just the right size to do a large turkey or anything smaller. Cleans up very easy and has nice side walls.
