Great cookies, strong flavor.
Nyåkers pepparkakor are the best. I am from Sweden so I know. They are thin and they have the best flavor and are the best for a snack. I recommand eating them slowely to really enjoy the rich flavor.

Best Gingerbread Cookie on the market!
I don't even want to think of a Christmas season without the Nyakers Gingerbread Cookies. This year, I actually ordered another brand as well and there is no comparison in taste and packaging. Yes, they are a little pricey, but I'm worth it! 😉 I hate to say how many years I have been eating Nyakers. Now I just need to figure out how long I can last until my next order. Don't waste your money with other less expensive and far inferior brands! Maybe now would be the time to order can.

LOVE THESE COOKIES, PACKAGING NOT SO MUCH
I love the flavor of these cookies, full of ginger. They remind me of Sweetzel's spiced wafers that we used to get in the Phila area, but these are better--more ginger, less molasses. They are thin, with a nice crisp texture. Would have given them 6 stars, but they were not packaged as shown on the Amazon photo. The cookies were loose in the tin, not packaged in wrapped "stacks" and did not have the plastic insert as shown, to keep them in place. There were a lot of broken cookies & crumbs. They were not cheap, and the tin marked "FRAGILE" so more care in packing & shipping should have been taken.

Nyakers Gingerbread Snaps Cookie Tin
Excellent taste. New packaging prevents the breaking of these thin cookies. Have enjoyed these cookies for years. Hard to find locally. Love the thine size. Texture is excellent. And yes, additive.
