Brilliant sound! That's what I noticed immediately. No set up procedure required. Take out of box, plug in, connect to a source player, which can be mp3_ personal CD player or a hifi unit. The sound is so crisp and bass is strong even without enhancement. Strength of bass had some of my wall ornaments rattling! Light effects are set precisely to rhythm of the music.. I have not tried the Bluetooth facility but there is a button that by all accounts allow easy syncing. The battery is strong and I had a few days worth of usage, although as some reviewers have mentioned the volume is dampened and will not reach decibels achieved when plugged into mains. The instructions are basic but I believe most people will know what to do to start using the speaker. Was not sure about the JBL brand but apparently they specialise in speaker units. And the price is so competitive considering the quality of the product. This speaker is also very robust but not overly heavy so that most people will be able to move it from one location to another. Thanks JBL for developing and putting this product to market. Well appreciated

Very easy to use and carry it around. Good size and I love the lighting patterns. One notable thing is that I can pair it with other JBL speakers which is very useful for parties etc. Doesn't require charging too often.

Super bass

This a great speaker. Very easy to use. Sound quality is good not complaintsWe normally buy the Bluetooth speakers of a similar size from places like the Range or B&M and although they were fit for purpose we upgraded to this one and you can really notice the differenceWe use ours for garden, and street parties, and in the local hall we hire for the kids parties. It has been splashed at when it was by our pool and still works perfectly. The flashing changing lights are great and very bright. Very happy with this purchase.

As mentioned in the title, also the brand is always a good choice. - Bare in mind, I have only tried "up to this level" of personal speaker(s). Yet, also worth emphasizing it's dule compatible, meaning linking more than one speaker. It works best for room, home, and other "4-walled" environmens. Someone that regularly listens to music, and has worked in sounding, 10/10. I recommend using an additional sound equalizer (yet, that goes with any sounding product), that is usually a free software. I actually had to "leave mine behind " as I left a country, and purchased the same speaker when I entered my current location.

The media could not be loaded. I had a BBQ coming up and I wanted to have the music outside rather than inside and all I had at the time was a little Bluetooth speaker. I done some research and found this speaker, the price was almost a deal breaker but I took a chance and I don't regret my decision. It's loud, I don't think I even had it on full volume on at the BBQ and it was still loud, it has bass boost and if you use Amazon music, Amazon music has a built in DJ option that enhances the sound and makes it even better, it's colourful and goes with the beat, easy to set up and connect, it takes a while to charge up fully but it should last about 12 hours after. Sometimes I just chill out to some music for no reason I just enjoy the speaker so much. The clip I uploaded was from my Instagram story so ignore the caption although the gods will hear you 😂

I have returned this item because of a minor issue regarding only the party lights on speaker. I have been refunded with no issue. But l will recommend it
