Helps with my shoulder
I am currently going to therapy for frozen shoulder and they had one of these rollers there. I love the stretch it gives so I bought one for home. Probably my favorite exercise to help overcome the shoulder issue.

Quality
Although I love this roller, it is a little harder than I expected it to be. But it still deserves five stars.

Can’t complain, pretty good.
This is great for relieving upper and middle back pain, however I’m having trouble rolling out my lower back with this foam roller, due to it being a little too large in diameter for me personally. It’s a decent price but you get what you pay for. It’s high density and has very little give, but don’t expect it to have any weight to it, it’s extremely light which may be desirable depending on your usage case. Overall I can’t complain, it is adequate for my basic use needs and I’m satisfied.

was unsure of this at first as I wasn't expecting it to be so firm. with that said, I'm sold and use it almost every day. I find it helps relieve muscle stiffness.

For Extra Firm, Look No Further...
This sucker is hard! I love it, but I've been working out for a long time. If you're just getting started with foam rolling, you'll want something softer. But if you're looking for an extra firm foam roller, then this is it. Very good quality product and light to carry. Decent price, too. It's also the perfect length to work the entire body... unless you're a pro football player. Then, you might need the longer one. ;-)
