AKBA is an extract of frankincense oil studied, along with other boswellic acids, for it's powerful anti-inflammatory and anticancer effects, most recently for ovarian cancer. I have ovarian cancer and have been unable to do any more chemo as it nearly killed me 18 months ago. This is my most recent natural therapy I've started in hopes it will have a positive effect. I am also doing many other natural supportive therapies which I've researched. Each capsule has 20mg of AKBA which is the most concentrated I've seen. Since it is 10 times more potent than other boswellic acid extracts, 20mg AKBA is equivalent to 200mg of boswellic acid extract when figuring dosages. Do your homework before using!

One a day as described. If I forget, my knuckle joints remind me. If I may also suggest, a diet low on animal products and sugar is certainly going to help anyone with joint pain, as those foods cause inflammation. If this is not the type of diet you follow, you may need to take more to get complete results.

This boswellia extract is very underrated! It will reduce inflammation and joint pain with only two to four cops a day! Superior product excellent company second to none!

This was recommended to me by a then Cleveland Clinic complementary medicine MD for inflammation. Two caps daily, morning and evening. 5-Lox inhibitor seems to be the best working thing I have taken for this problem.

I have RA and am on biologic medications which reduce pain but don't relieve all pain. This product gives me another level of comfort which I drastically appreciate.

It is hard to measure satisfaction with swallowing some pills. I have to go on faith that it does work.

Don't leave home with out it. Great for Rheumatoid arthritis.
