I ordered this for my boyfriend and he's an XL-XXL. I ordered him an XL and it's a little snug. They may run a little small. He's ok with the XL.

Don't buy these smaller than you are. My BF is 6' and he's usually an xl, sometimes a 2x and I purchased him an xl. He can fit into them, but I need to help him pull them down since they're a little snug. HAND WASH is a must.
