Effective at this dosage
the 1,000 mcg dose is that recommended by the medical community. it's not worth the money to pay for higher doses the body eliminates what it dosen't use. this brand is effective for me and the seller is very reliable. this is one of the few places i can find the 1,000 mcg dose biotin.

Reliable brand
It's Biotin. It's a reliable brand. Supposedly good for hair and nails, although I'm not sure if it is effective. I take it anyway. Price is right.
