Fixed the Watch, Saved the Trip To The Jeweler—Total Win!
My husband bought this to fix our son’s watchband, and it was exactly what he needed. He wasn’t sure what size pins to buy, so having a variety of sizes in the pack was a huge plus—many sizes to choose from, no guessing, no frustration. The tool and pins are made of stainless steel and are sturdy. Best of all, it saved us a trip to the jeweler (aka saved us time, energy, and gas money). My husband was able to fix the watch band in 15 minutes. Honestly, this little kit paid for itself after one use. It's a good value and way easier than convincing a teenager to part with his watch for a week. Highly recommend!

Fixed my watch within 15 minutes of getting this kit
Pin in my old diver watch broke and i had no idea what size pin i needed so i ordered this kit. It comes with a tool and a nice assorment which was everything i needed to easily repair my watch. total cost was under $10. I didn't have to drive around to find a shop which would have made me drop it off ( most likely) and come back another day. I have to imagine that i would pay $15+ to have my watch professionally repaired so even if i end up never needing this kit again I will have already saved at least 50% and this was much more convenient

For the most part? - good.
The pins all work well. The sizes included fit most of the watches I have. The “bonus” tool that’s included? - pretty useless - so if you “need” one (which I didn’t), and the tool is your deciding factor? - nah.. the ends screw in and won’t stay in place when tightened - the blunt pin end bent upon it’s first use. So, yes… buy this set for the pins - but not for the included tool if you actually need it to work. This is a “perk-free” review.

Now I can do it myself!
It’s a great solution in the sense that it makes something that seems complicated easy. Plenty of pieces and parts to get it done.

Works… with a caveat
The variety and assortment of the pins are great. As others have mentioned they are a little more flimsy than OEM pins for a watch bands. The tool is sturdy and easy to use. However the pins could be better.

This little set is perfect. I really like the included tool. It helps a lot when handling such small thin pins. The pins are fairly strong and haven't let up yet. I appreciate the variety of sizes as you never know exactly what you will need to replace. Each size has 4 pins in the kit. Well worth the current price of $8.99.

I purchased this to repair a watch for a relative, but the kit had pins that were either too long or too short so I was unable to use any of the pins. I straightened out the old damaged one instead. The included tool for working with the pins is excellent though.

Great product. Used on husband watch n he didn't have to buy new one. His watch is always loading those parts. He had to drive 45 min before n pay 3 dollors for one part n guy to fix it. I told him I use to work at a Steadman VnS in Port Perry Ontario, like Walmart. We did it all and I give right parts Wich this is it can do it. We didn't have that tool though we had use a pairing knife. This is much safer.

Work well

Relatively weak pins. They work fine but are not very confidence-inspiring. I’d hesitate to use these with a nice watch for fear of them breaking or popping out with a bit of strain.
