Worst, don't buy it. Of all information on this book you can easily get from youtube. Don't waste your money..

General information already available on google. You have to pay more for “lessons” which was not indicated in the promotion of this book. It is filled with suggested reading which is the bulk of this book. I am sorry I wasted my money and I am sure the author is aware of this. Don’t buy it.

I have not finished book completely yet, but I have changed my diet has stated in this book just over a week and I am pain free to me that makes it worth buying alone, I will do what it says in the book with the hope of irradiating my h/pylori completely, I am just so happy I am now pain free and starting to feel more well and energetic cannot thank the author enough.
