Nice engineered work, especially given stickers to cover fitting nut on board which looks it pretty good

I am a DIY freak proficient with using all types of power equipments. I had to do a lot of customizations before I could get the end result that I wanted (refer attached photo), which involved cutting the Boards at various places to suit my needs. No local carpenter would had given me this result, leave alone the Amazon provided installation services (who would have charged me a fortune). So I had no other option but to do it myself. Here are a few very important observations from my side:1) Once assembled, the entire panel would be very very heavy to manage by 1 person, especially while hanging on the wall. Minimum 2 person would be required.2) It is advisable to assemble the panels right in front of where it would be eventually installed. Carrying the panel is not at all feasible as the Boards will get bent around the joints.3) The boards and back support are all 1.5cms thick. The provided screws of 1" (2.5cms) are way too small for attaching the 2 back supports to the 4 panel boards. 1.25" screws also not suitable since the screws would come out from other side. If the back supports would had been slightly thicker, then 1.25" screws would had given good support.4) Though the Panel is quite heavy and sturdy, yet it is not strong enough to support TV wall-mount pullout stands for 42"+ TVs. So cutting out a suitable cutout is recommended such that the TV wall mount stand can be fixed on the wall.5) The provided stickers to cover the screw heads on front side are all wenge colour. However the screw holes themselves are all located on the golden ribbons, so the provided wenge stickers are useless.6) The white shelf is quite sturdy and heavy but completely defeats its purpose. It does not fit flush with the vertical panel. As a result, as others have pointed out, it is not capable of supporting the weight of even a soundbar (leave alone any Sound Receiver, etc.). So I decided to shift this shelf to the top, only for some very lightweight decor. Unless ofcourse you use some additional metal supports (which would spoil the looks).7) After completing the entire project, I noticed gaps between Board 1 and 2 only on left and right side but not center. Obviously there is some issue with the Board cutting (not in straight line). It is not visible to naked eye, but I could identify it because of the red strip light which I have installed on back of the panel. I could see the light leaking out from between the joints.8) Packaging was good and all the parts arrived without any transit damage.Overall, this unit has redefined the look of my bedroom and I am happy for the price I paid. But I do feel that going for a plywood based panel by local carpenter would be much better than this (even at some extra cost).

Easy to assemble but not easy to install because it really require a professional skilled person to mount on wall. The product I received wast bit less in sturdiness because it's edges and corner are damaged when I received. Don't have much time to return process that's why didn't complain regarding. Overall good product no complain about quality and price.

Nothing is easy you need carpenter for sure. Please do not take installation service from Amazon service partner. I was under impression that they will use experts for installation. The charges were also high but they did more damage while installation. If you are purchasing for newly painted wall call your own carpenter but do not use this service. No value to what you have spent to buy this product.
