I needed to hold my lips away from my gums while I cleaned plaque off them and it worked perfect at doing that. The largest size worked best, because I have a big mouth. These things are not cute nor comfortable, but they do their job! I wear them to bleach my teeth.

Trae tres tamaños diferentes, la variación entre el M y L no es mucha, el platico no es muy delgado pero tampoco es muy grueso así que si lo manipulas fuerte se rompe, yo los uso para verificar mi progreso de ortodoncia y facilitarme el lavado de los brackets así que me gustó
