Good Chair But Showed Up With Issues
Product box came in pretty banged up, the one armrest the padding is cracked and I'm sure it will be a mess shortly. While I get this chair is a refurb they dont seem to go under the a good level of quality control. I would have sent it back if it was not such a pain and I didn't need the chair now.

Changed my life
I often spend a lot of time at my desk. Before I got the Humanscale chair I had backaches. I haven’t had one since! It’s adjustable in many many ways. We got them for 4 people in the office who ranged in height from 5’2”-6’7” and everyone has been pleased. One arm pad on my chair split after about 15 years but otherwise it’s like new. I highly recommend this chair.
