I am very much a germ-a-phobe so the idea of a plunger hanging around covered in bacteria drew me to this clean disposable option. After I took a gulp at the price I choose to try. By fluke after several attempts we got it to work. Second time (different occasion with new sticker) it didn't matter what we did it didn't work. Not worth trying at the price point even if they worked consistently.

This uses air pressure captured under the sticker to force the clog down the drain. At least that's the theory. It does not work, and actually cannot work the way the included directions say to use it. When you seal the entire bowl of your toilet using this huge sticker, at first it seems like pushing down on the sticker will force the clog down. Unfortunately there are two other routes for the pressure to be released, and they are both less restrictive than down the drain. One is back into the tank through the flush valve, and the other is through the holes around the top of the bowl under the rim back into the tank through the overflow tube. Even if you were to plug up both of these alternate routes the sticker provided is flat and has very little give, so it cannot put enough pressure on the clog to force it down the drain. It just doesn't work. Don't buy this item.

I used it every time my toilet was clogged. No need to call someone to fix it.

We took a risk hoping this might work on our RV toilet, it did not. I will say, the sticker was incredibly strong and never broke under pressure though! Unfortunately it was so strong that it broke the seal on the bottom of our toilet and water starting leaking from there.
