Fixed a Long-Standing Problem
Fixed a problem that our dryer had since new. On an irregular basis, the dryer would shut off with an ER-SH message, which is supposed to mean a thermistor failure. Fine. I replaced the thermistor and the problem seemed to be resolved. Happened again. I doubted another failed thermistor, so I took things apart and carefully cleaned the ducts and thermistor. Seemed OK again. After another failure, I studied the design of the dryer circuitry and concluded that this control board was likely the culprit. I replaced this board and all has been well for a year or so. I think the board was always bad, because the dryer does a better job drying clothes without overheating them (something we had noticed before).

Fixed my dryer
My dryer would not shut off after cycle. I had to turn off the breaker. Internet said it was likely a fused contactor. This was easy to replace myself.
