Round Hammered Metal Container with Rabbit Finial, Brass Finish

This is a perfect statement piece to have on a bookshelf. It is great quality. It is not too heavy and I love the size of it. It was a lot larger than I was expecting, but I am OK with that. Very classic piece to add to a bookshelf or a counter.

True to descriptions from the vendor! The sheen is not overly polished and looks somewhat antique- they are very detailed and beautiful. The size for reference is a little larger than a grapefruit- but the detail and quality are present throughout.

I was a little skeptical about ordering as some of the reviews are a little iffy, but I liked the piece enough to do so. I'm glad I did. Mine had a small mark on it, but I just turned it. I like it enough to keep it. This has a vintage look to me, and a vintage look isn't perfect. If you want perfect, maybe shop somewhere else and pay 3 - 4 times the price. The brass is muted and also has a dark, worn look to it, but a good one.

First off, read! This is a piece made in India and you will have no doubt about that once it arrives. It is rough and obviously handmade with all sorts of imperfections and unevenness in the stamped pattern. That is part of the charm for this piece in my opinion. I keep this on my mantle with peanuts in it right next to my sliding glass door so I can throw nuts to the squirrels who visit me. It is perfect for this use. The bunny head at the top could fit better... could be more aligned, but as stated above this is a piece from India and precision is not the name of the production game there. Accept it and enjoy it for what it is, a cute useful piece that will make you smile every time you look at it. Also, Wayfair sells this for almost double the price and it is exactly the same. Anything you find on Wayfair you should be checking Amazon to see if they carry it and at what price... I have found this to be true with knick-knacks and furniture and rugs. Happy shopping.

Very happy with this purchase. Has a timeless look and the detail of the bird is lovely. Quite sturdy despite reviews claiming the brass is too thin. Maybe not the thickness of antique brass, but thick enough to maintain its shape and sheen.

Love this so much. I did look at the reviews and was slightly worried as one said the bunny's head wasn't attached well. Mine is perfect so really happy. Beautifully made. I can't fault this item at all. Its going to look perfect on a table or my book shelf. Feels a little expensive but its also unique and hand made so I understand. I would happily recommend this item to anyone who like quirky and individual style. Love mine. Blends with other items but also lovely to stand alone. I might end up getting another for my bedroom. The lid fits nice as well.

This is a lovely little piece that I use to hold my car keys. I always know where they are now. Will purchase the one with the bird next order. Great decoration and useful.
