Nice camera on this one.
The positives:I searched around checking the various cameras that these different camera ear cleaners came with. This camera was shown as being midway in the megapixels department, but better than most anything else out there in the focus distance department. The camera has better focus both closer and further away than most others right now. Using it I get a really clear picture and a lot of detail. You can get better models as far as megapixels go, although I really don't know why you'd need it.It's very small around for fitting in ear canals easily. It works decently, I can pull the tiniest of thin pieces of hair out from right by my eardrum with it. This specific one doesn't come with a lot of extras, just a few heads. I assume it's to keep the cost down since it comes with a better camera. The software is easy to use and pretty decent, as long as you get the right software from the right place (more on that in the semi-negatives).The semi-negatives:To be completely transparent, as cool as I think this device is, I really didn't need this for cleaning my ears. Using this let me see just how great of a job my usual cotton swabs are doing (there was almost nothing to clean out). My cotton swabs have kept my ears very clean, and I still am going to use them for most of my cleaning. This is just a backup to see what's going on in my ears and in case I need to get anything out of them. They claim these are safer than cotton swabs because you can see how close you are to your eardrums. This is both a positive and a negative though. First, the spoons, despite being soft, are definitely harder than cotton swabs and would push through or cause damage to an eardrum easier. Second, you get brave because you can see your eardrum, so you get really close, closer than you'd normally get using cotton swabs. While this model definitely could work on kids, especially with how small the tube is, if I was going to buy one for a kid I'd get the model that has the stopper you can adjust on the tube neck. With some of those higher models, you adjust this little stopper that prevents the tube neck from going too deep into the ear by accident. That way you can be much more confident that no mistakes will happen. That's only in some higher models that I can see, but I'd very much consider that if you were going to use this on young children. That software I mention, for Android, for some reason they don't have that new nice app from their website on Google Play. They say that you can also search Google Play for the app, but you do not get that newest best one that works with all devices if you get an app off Google Play for this. You get either an older app without as many functions, or an app that only has two devices on it (Both in the B series) that won't work with this. Someone sure dropped the ball on that one. Some people don't understand that they should get the app from the seller's website to get the better and working software so they return the unit thinking they were bamboozled or something. It's too bad, it's a nice unit.So if you are using Android, either go straight to the seller's website and download the app there, or scan the QR code that's in your device's manual once it arrives, that also will download the correct software. If you don't dare to use apps that aren't listed on Google Play, there is one app (out of two listed) that works there and it is still decent enough, it just doesn't have as many features as the one from their website. If someone from the company got on the ball and correctly listed the new app software on Google Play, it really would make things easier.

Impossible to Connect
Product is near impossible to get to work. Tried the step multiple times to connect and it flat out wont work. Total waste of money. Spend the couple extra dollars and get yourself something that actually works.

Great product to keep check on your earwax buildup.
This ear cleaner is very convenient and the pieces that it comes with to clean your ears are of great quality. The camera is very clear and you can see everything with no problem. Connecting it via wifi was very simple as well. Great product to keep check on your earwax buildup.

Great for checking inside ears.
Awesome to see inside ears and clean them out. However, any wax build up against the ear drum is dangerous and you should not scrape it out or you may have permanent damage. Get a cheap spray bottle from the dollar store, use hot water with your head over a sink, and flush the s*** out of your ear canal. Much safer and more effective.

Camera is pretty good quality
It is great to have a camera that’s attached to a small Stitch great for saying unreachable places. However I don’t know if it’s my ears that are sensitive but it hurts no matter how I use it in my ears

Amazing little tool!
I'm obsessive about cleaning my ears, I hate the feeling of ear wax. This tool was able to show me if I had any trouble spot and get any tiny pieces I may have missed. It's also great for looking in your nose and mouth too. For a tiny little thing, the camera quality is pretty amazing. I highly recommend!
