Battery did not even last 4 months
What is the warranty period on this device battery? Mine did not even last 4 months it wouldn’t hold the charge for more then 1 min even when I charge whole night.

Good product
I got this portable printer about 2/3 months ago, I wanted to try it before making the review. It is great and very easy to use. Take your time playing with and getting to know how to use it, as soon as you know how to use it, you will love it

Great Value for the money!
I purchased this unit for labeling hot sauce woozy bottles with the lot code and expiration dates, the ink adheres well to glass and once it is dried it is waterproof. I looked at a lot of theses handheld inkjet printers and I am very happy that I chose this one. The print quality is great, it was easy to figure out how to use it and it even comes with a nice little case to keep it in. If you are someone like me that is manufacturing hot sauces it works great, if you need it for marking boxes it works great for that as well. The first unit I purchased has a small issue with the photo electric eye working and after contacting customer service they were more than happy to take care of the issue, very quickly as well! I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service!

Very nice little printer for the money
Our printer is being used to put date codes on boxes and bottles. It's accurate and is actually pretty intuitive when it comes to the user interface. When not in use we keep the print cartridge stored in it's protective case with the gel strip which keeps the print head from drying out. The unit comes with a handy storage box, a metal jig for aligning whatever you need to print on, a USB stick, stylus, charger, etc. It seems like they've thought of pretty much everything. Take advantage of saving your files so that you don't need to type everything out again after turning the unit off and on again. This should get you through whatever small to mid sized project you have.
