I absolutely love this statue. It's sturdy and looks like quality art. My husband and 6 year-old son didn't understand why I bought something "broken", but this is my favorite piece in my home.

This Thinker statue is honestly the star of the room. The quality is fantastic — no cheap, plastic-y vibes here. It’s got some serious weight to it too, which makes it feel like I stole it from a museum (don’t worry, I didn’t). The size is perfect: big enough to make a statement, small enough that I don’t need a forklift to move it. I can’t tell you how many compliments I’ve gotten. Guests walk in, see it, and instantly assume I’m more intellectual than I actually am. (Little do they know the only thing I’m pondering is what’s for dinner.) All in all, a high-quality piece that adds instant sophistication. Warning: you may find yourself staring at it and trying to look just as wise — spoiler, you won’t pull it off. 🗿💭

The Fazhongfa Thinker Statue - Abstract Art Figurine Resin Sculpture (Silver) was purchased during February of 2022 for $26.99 plus tax. The sculpture is now available for $21.59 exclusively for PRIME Members (November 26, 2024). This enigmatic sculpture was purchased as a symbol of appreciation for a pianist who would fill the halls of the retirement residence occupied by my Aunt during my frequent visits and subsequent extended stay. If any one has ever visited the practice buildings of any university level music school, there is an atmosphere of the sublime as one listens to the budding virtuosi practicing the various genres of music avaialable for us all during these post-modern times. Listening to that Lady practice some of the best of mid 20th century modern music would transform me to a consciousness devoid of any thought....just the recognition of beauty. Although the sculpture is not made of metal, it does appear to be so. Nonetheless, the manner in which the sculpture is designed, and executed, are the salient features of this work of art. Even though there is the immediate impression that some gesture is being made towards "silence", there seems to be a lot more occurrring...except, one doesn't know exactly what that is! Placed upon a piano, it suggests an ultimate irony to complement the style of abstration within which the sculpture has been executed. Lots of cerebral gymnastics going on here. I purchased it more than once...and would do so again!

I love this Statue. It's sturdy and whimsical. It looks very good on my bookshelf. The size was what I expected from the pictures. My kids say it's creepy but I really like it.

I ordered bronze but I think they sent me gold by mistake as others in pics look more coppery. I thought this looked really cool in pics, it's not bad but up close some of the finish isnt very even you can see it best at the base and it just doesn't look quite as cool as I though. But not bad for the price.
