Filo rovinato
È passato un solo mese dal loro acquisto e la musica fatica a sentirsi bene, il filo (che dovrebbe essere robusto) appena viene toccato interrompe il suono. Visto che le cuffie sono state ideate per dei bambini, sconsiglio il loro acquisto.

no sound after only 1.5 days of light use under parental supervision
For a product made for kids 24 months+, one would expect this to hold up to even the lightest use under parental supervision... unfortunately not the case. I'm not sure if we just received a defective set (which could be the case), but we have been experiencing issues with the player itself as well. There definitely seem to be design flaws with Timio products. Hoping to hear back from customer service but not holding my breath after past interactions.

Jackplug afgebroken in de speler :(
De jackplug is afgebroken in de speler, waardoor de speler denkt dat de headset nog aangesloten zit. Er komt dan geen geluid meer uit de speaker en een headset niet meer kan worden aangesloten! Met veel moeite en geweld het restant kunnen uitboren waardoor de speaker van de speler het weer doet. In tegenstelling tot wat beweerd wordt dat het robuust is en geschikt is voor kinderen, dus absoluut niet het geval! Bijna een speler van €75 hierdoor waardeloos geworden!
