Womens Front Pleat Knee Length Midi Maternity Dress

Super comfortable for my shower
Purchased in medium and large. Went with medium. The large was a bit too loose in the bust for me, gapping at the arm pit and showing my bra. I'm just under 35 weeks in the pic, weighing 180 lbs at 5' 3" without shoes. Pre-pregnancy I weighed 140 lbs and wore small/6. Perfect length for me right above the knee. Weight and thickness of the material was perfect too for mild temperatures. I wore a thong so had no panty lines. Many guests said the dress showed off my bump perfectly and commented how great I looked! I purchased other pricey flowy dresses from a maternity site, but those went back as the material just wasn't comfortable and they made me feel fat. I wear snug workout clothes everyday so the slight fittedness of this dress felt much better for me, but it wasn't so fitted that it was constricting since the material is stretchy and the pleats are forgiving. I may purchase another!

Beautiful dress. Great fit.
I was a size small pre-pregnancy and so that's what I ordered for this dress and it fit perfectly. I am 31 weeks pregnant and it fit around my belly nicely and I can see there's still room for my belly to keep growing into it. I'm thinking of wearing it to my baby shower as well. I've had a very hard time finding clothes that fit me well during this pregnancy, especially dresses, but I really loved this one. Thank you.Update: I wore this dress to my baby shower at 35 weeks and it still fit perfectly.

Quality + Well-Fitting
Really flattering maternity dress, provided you've gained a modest amount everywhere but mostly in your belly. I ordered my pre-pregnancy size (s) & it is fitted but also comfortable. I'm almost 32 weeks along & weigh 145-150lbs with a fairly petite bone frame. I've gained most of my size/weight in my baby belly, but let's be honest, my thighs/butt/arms aren't a true "small" anymore either. So for me, staying with a maternity version of my pre-pregnancy size usually works perfectly... but I imagine if I'd gained a bit more evenly all over, I'd want to size up one-- at least, with how this dress fits. Overall, I'm really happy it IS fitted instead of baggy or too loose. It's very elegant & professional looking. In addition, the material is a bit stretchy, but only a bit; and it has THICK fabric, especially when compared to "cheap" stretchy maternity dresses, so it lays quite nicely. I'm 5'4" with a short-ish torso & average-length legs, & this dress falls right above my kneecaps.I'm giving it 5 stars because 1) the fabric is excellent & not cheap/thin & 2) it fits perfectly & looks elegant. Excited to wear it for baby shower!

Cute and comfortable
I ordered a size small because I was a small pre-pregnancy at 115 lbs and 5'6". Now I'm 140 lbs with 34C bust, and this dress fit great with a little extra room in the belly to grow. Dress falls about an inch above my knee, so it will be extra long on ladies shorter than myself. The chest is a snug fit, so I imagine if my bust size were any bigger, I'd have to go a size up. The material is stretchy, though, and very comfortable. I might buy in other colors.

Flattering, work and evening appropriate, but tight in the bust.
I really love this dress! I'm just about 22 weeks pregnant, and was looking for a nice dress that wasn't too formal, but was still flattering and good for a nice dinner out with my husband. This is it! Right now, you can still see the pleats very clearly, as there's still plenty of room for my belly to grow. That's great, because I don't want to have to buy clothes for every trimester! Btw, if it helps, I'm 5'3" and about 140lbs right now with most of my weight gained in my belly and bust.My only complaint is that it's a bit tight in the bust area, which makes the straps not sit right - kinda protrudes off my shoulders a bit. But, other than that, it's a winner!

pretty but odd fit
Bought this dress in the green size small. I am 5', 110lb at 18 weeks pregnant. (Right now I measure 34, 26, 36.) The dress is too long (it hit about two inches below my knee) and the shoulders gape, but the actual bust, high waist, and middle fit ok. The "waistband" between bust and tummy emphasized my bump and made me look about seven months pregnant with an awkwardly low bump, not a problem I've had with other empire waist dress. I would keep it and just wear a sweater with it to hide the gaping and smooth out the silhouette but it is too long and tapers too much to be able to walk in. I thought the skirt was straight cut but it is definitely a pencil cut meant to hug your legs. If you are 5'4" or taller, it would probably work, if you can walk in it. I even tried pinning the shoulders up an inch or so to close the gap and make it shorter but it just pulled more on the boob area and made the fit more awkward. Thought about hemming it, but with the shoulder problem, it wasn't worth it even though the color was gorgeous.

Not for me
I got this in a beige tan color, my favorite color to wear. I am 5 foot 9 and at 28 weeks pregnant 180lbs. I got a medium which is what I would normally buy unpregnant. The color wasn't pretty in my opinion and looked cheap. The proportions were completely wrong for my body. It wasn't attractive at all. The bottom of the dress hugged my fat thighs and showed every dimple. Returned it so fast. Maybe if I had to work in an office all day, had a blazer overtop and my legs were in better shape. Too many what if's, not for me

Weird cut/silhouette
Cut on dress is very strange. I was looking to replicate a similar style I got at Old Navy a few years ago with a high neckline and pleats over belly. The top was a little snug on this one, went over bump nicely but tapered in a lot from butt to knees. Creates a really odd silhouette with the tapering below the pleats-really seems like it should flow away from the pleats. Also odd: my order was for LaClef, the sewed tag in the dress said La Clef but the hanging tag said Hello Miz (which I’ve been avoiding due to wonky fits in past maternity clothes).Otherwise the green color was deep and lovely, quality seemed nice, material thick but breathed well (almost stretchy wetsuit-feeling material). Fit a little smaller than most maternity wear (I usually wear Patty Boutik, Old Navy and Gap maternity). Bummed that the cut just wasn’t what I expected because otherwise great. Returned.
