Genius Pack Luggage G3 22" Carry On Spinner (One Size, Blue)

No interior liner zipper pulls. Zippers yes, attached pulls, no. The bag has an interior liner as does nearly all luggage of this type. The interior liner has 2 zippers so the owner can remove it for cleaning or maintenance, but there are no zipper pulls on those zippers. The company told me that is by design, and I wrote back asking if they were kidding - evidently they were not. Yes that is correct, the company charged $238 for a suitcase that has 2 zippered interior features that one might remove and clean the liner, but purposely didn't put zipper pulls on those zippers. The choice is bend a paper clip through them, or never clean the liner, or pick at the zipper without pull...of all the great features of this bag I'm incredulous they purposely inconvenienced the customer. Why have a zipper if you don't have the means to zip or unzip? Wow.

After using this for at least a half dozen trips, I LOVE this suitcase. The side opening to pack dirty clothes into is great. I used it to pack clean clothes on the outbound trip, then was able to get even more into the case on the return with the compression feature. Easy to unzip and take to the washer! The zippered compartments for items in the lid are great for putting cables, medical supplies, underwear, etc. Loved the space for stowing a small folding umbrella (I already had a short Totes that fits in the space). The wheels glide smoothly, and it was the perfect carryon. The strap to attach a second bag on top was just the thing to hold my tote bag. Has made my traveling much easier.

I bought this to replace a Briggs and Riley bag which has been in use for more than 8 years. I wanted something with 4 wheels on it, and I was intrigued by a couple of the innovations included. I'm on the road 3 weeks or more a month, and I never check a bag.First of all, the "jacket strap" thing is really useful. I travel from cold climate (Chicago) to warmer climates and my jacket becomes something I need to "wrangle". No more. Just strap it to the top of the bag and it's off the floor and out of my hands.The "laundry chute" idea is useful in a couple of ways. On my way out all my underwear, robe, socks, etc. are stuffed in there and compressed to take up very little room. On the way home, the dirty clothes are smooshed in there and take up much less space. I've done a couple of 5 day trips like this and all my work clothes and "play" clothes fit in this suitcase with no problem.You have no idea how handy it is to have a reserved spot for an umbrella until you get to where you're going and it's raining. You can buy an umbrella from this manufacturer, but my Tote's mini fits in there just fine.There are a bunch of sewn in zippered pockets on the top. My hairbrushes, Bluetooth speaker, extra cables, etc. all have nice little reserved spots now. Makes it easier to check to make sure I've got everything. You can buy matching speakers and auxiliary batteries from this manufacturer, but I didn't and it and my stuff fits fine.The suitcase seems sturdy, and I'll update if anything breaks. But so far I'm incredibly pleased with this purchase.Feb 20,2017. Had this for almost 2 years, carried on about 120 flights. The bag show some wear now, with the piping ragged and the front dirty. Both zipper pulls are broken. But the wheels still work and all the zippers themselves are still good. It's still a solid suitcase and I'm still happy with the purchase. But I'll need to replace it sooner than I had hoped, so I'm dropping a star.

I've purchased 3 separate Genius Pack pieces. I just took my red 22' spinner on vacation. The telescope handle does not work at all. This is an expensive piece of luggage. I would like for it to be replaced

It's a great design idea but not perfectly executed. I very much wanted this to work. I would like to see a better-made version of this same case.The buckles on the compression straps for the dirty laundry compartment (which was otherwise a great idea) were insufficient to hold the required pressure, and one of the buckles broke the second time that I used it. The laundry compartment can still be used without the compression straps but it would be much better with operating compression straps. It's not something that can be fixed by replacing the buckle because of the way that they're sewn in. So I am stuck with broken strap buckles. No more compressing the dirty laundry for me.The zippers in the compartments are not as strong as they should be and the sewing of the seams is not top quality.This would be a great product if they upgraded the details.

The suitcase seems great but I received it with scratches, scapes and scuffs on the handle and on the bottom. I'm sure it was an innocent mistake but annoying that's it's not in new condition from the outside. Now that I started packing it seems bit to have as much space as my other carry on. I'm going on A two week plus tip and wanted to pack my ezsentaiaks and expensive items in it but I am running out if space quickly. I'm theory it is good for maybe a weekend trip but not a long one. I am also checking g a bag so I am just soeaki f if essentaials that can't be lost.

I am not sure why I have read other reviews that say the measurements are wrong. It measures exactly 22inch from the floor to the top, this does include the wheels. This suitcase is well made and super easy to pack.

This is advertised as a carry on bag. The product dimensions show as 22 x 14 x 9 inches. However, this does not include the handle and wheels. It was closer to 24 x 15.5 x 9. It does NOT work as a carry on bag!
