Very pleased with this Humidifier!Good size. Quite and easy on the electric so win al round! Air so much better as I have to dogs and sinus problems so big difference now! 😉

So..bought two machines, one for living room and one for bedroom. The 2nd one I used once but the 1st one I use overnight in my bedroom. It has helped my airways BUT the filter ran out quicker than expected. I tried the 2nd machine and red warning light came on and even changing filter didn't work. Emailed company through Amazon and no response.. so one machine is dead. I must now try to source a new filter as machine is no longer available. I hope I can find them as just ran out :(

The manufacturer is long established in medical world. Simple to use, even I could use it l Efficient and quiet. Air quality monitor very helpful. Easy to move around. I've ordered another 😊😊

Upon opening the item I notice their was no filter inside, then I noticed some has snapped off inside at the top were the motherboard is! Very disappointing! Very frustrating! I believe this may have been used and returned then sent back out! Not happy!

Works great but the after sales service causes me some concern as we have emailed twice to say a red light has appeared on ours and have received no response except to say they have received our questions. We have went to the expense of purchasing another filter with no change. We have had to turn the item off as we are not surenof safe to run. Thisnligjt may be om but we have to err on the side of caution
