Many good reviews for this handheld shower, but it leaks! The pluses are that the metal hose is good quality, and the added screened washer that sits on the connector between the hose and shower head is a great idea to prevent sediment and particles in the water, from clogging the shower head. The deal breaker is that the connection between the shower head and hose leaks even after several layers of teflon tape was added!!! This was mentioned in multiple reviews, so it's definitely a factor!!! What is causing it to leak is at the point where the end of the hose thread connects to the shower bracket threads. The length of the actual connection of the bracket applying downward pressure on the base of the hose washer seems longer, so that if your bracket length at the base of the threads, isn't touching the washer on the end of the hose thread, the connection cap on the base of the hose moves up and down a bit, causing water to leak through the space where there is movement. Sort of hard to explain! Even when teflon tape is applied to the connection, it still leaks, because it's not the diameter of the seal that causes the leak, but rather the play of space between the base of the shower bracket connector and the base of the hose connector, not making a tight contact due to the extra LENGTH of space between the connection. It's a shame, because the set is actually good quality metal hose, metal connectors, and a huge shower head.

I originally purchased this in bronze over a year ago. It still looks and works as great as it did the day I installed it so I purchased 2 more for my daughters bath and the guest bath. These are great and I highly recommend them. The quality is good, hose is metal, I’ve had no leaks and best of all, a novice like me can install them. I left in the water saver as I found that without it, removed in master bath and then put back in, there was way too much water!

This shower head is great. The parts are metal, not cheap plastic, so it will not crack when you tighten the holder to the valve stem. Comes with plumbers tape and a metal hook to remove the flow restrictor. Installs in three minutes with no tools. NOTE: This does not have a pulsating massage. It has two wide angle sprays, weak and strong, a super aerate setting, and an interrupt trickle setting for soaping up. I highly recommend the product. Quality.

Overall product is very good. Package came with everything I needed to install the shower head, even came with a tool to remove the flow restrictor - a big plus. Quality is pretty good for its price, seems like it'll last for a couple of years if not longer. With the water restrictor removed, the pressure is comparable to the old Delta shower head I had... was expecting higher pressure. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

We have a filtered hand-held shower-head of G-Promise. However, the hose was broken after 4 years of use. We updated this one. Bingo! What a great buy! Water pressure and 6 spray styles are the best. Just buy it. Only $40.
