Device Failed After 1 Year
Purchased this device 8/20/23. Tom Tom website says warranty is good for 2 years after purchase. Device failed after minimum use for 1 year, will not charge with PC, wall charger, or connected in truck. Tried to set up a warranty repair on Tom Tom website and was told device is out of warranty and have to pay for repair. Cannot contact a human to get an explanation. So I'm stuck with a crap device and looking for a different GPS manufacturer. Tom Tom does not support their products or customers. DO NOT BUY TOM TOM PRODUCTS!! UPDATE: iT'S NOW BEEN 3 WEEKS SINCE I CONTACTED TOMTOM AND THEY REFUSE TO RESPOND OR ISSUE A REPAIR. DO NOT BUY TOMTOM PRODUCTS, THEY HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!

very glitchy.
I purchased this same item before, and it worked fine, but fell, and the screen was broken. I returned it since I had insurance for a replacement, and I got a new one, but it is very glitchy keeps turning off and turning on when it feels like I turned it off, it comes back on by itself. it would also say this device is not charging and shuts off. I am not happy at all with its function or dependability. It does not work like the one I had before I have heard of others complaining about the same thing but my last unit was amazing and nothing like this one.

Worst GPS ever
Wow, I'd rather have cancer than use this gps again, caused me so much frustration by taking me the wrong way, down routes no 13' box truck should ever go, then of course after less than 2 weeks it started randomly turning off and freezing up, returned and will never buy anything from tomtom again.

Tomtom. Please please please. How come is so laggy? Garmin is much better and smoother.
