We tried a few of the name brand cleaning sponges and were impressed with their effectiveness and ease of use, but when bought one at a time they are kind of pricey. So the value proposition of this 50-pack was compelling. Do they work as well as the name brand? I'm not sure they do, but they at worst come close and at a tiny fraction of the cost. It is remarkable what sorts of things you can clean up using one of these pads. As for their durability, depending on what you apply it to and how aggressive you are you could either still have an intact sponge that you throw out because it is so filthy, or the sponge could start disintegrating very quickly. They are a handy size and if you are like us you will start looking around and exploring what else you might want to try to clean.

I’ve used them for so many things, including: ✔️ Cleaning my kids’ gym shoes – They make sneakers look brand new by effortlessly removing scuff marks and dirt. ✔️ Removing crayon from walls – My little ones love to “decorate,” but these sponges wipe away crayon, marker, and fingerprints with ease. ✔️ Kitchen & bathroom cleaning – They remove stains from counters, sinks, and even soap scum in the shower without needing harsh chemicals. ✔️ Appliances & furniture – Great for cleaning up smudges on my fridge, microwave, and even baseboards. Ease of Use (10/10) No need for extra cleaners—just wet the sponge, squeeze out excess water, and wipe! The fine-textured foam lifts dirt and grime without scrubbing too hard. They do wear down after repeated use, but with 100 in a pack, I don’t mind replacing them as needed. Durability & Value (9/10) Each sponge holds up well for multiple uses, but like any melamine sponge, they gradually break down with heavy scrubbing. Thankfully, this 100-pack lasts a long time, making it an incredible deal. Final Verdict These Melamine Magic Sponges are a must-have for every household. They make cleaning quick, easy, and chemical-free, whether you’re tackling dirty shoes, walls, or everyday messes. I’ll definitely be repurchasing when I run low!

I used a pad to clean a pair of dirty, light-colored Hokas. I added several drops of Dawn detergent to the moistened pad. It probably took 6 or 7 minutes to thoroughly clean the shoes. Upon finishing, the pad was partially split. The dirt it picked up washed out easily. The shoes look brand new. The pads did a great job but don't expect them to last very long. I can probably get one more cleaning from the one I used.

These are not quite as good as the name brand Magic Erasers i've used in the past, but they still work very well and you get a lot more for the price. I've used them for cleaning everything like the shower, tub, grill, kitchen surfaces, and appliances. They work well for most normal cleaning tasks. One thing to keep in mind is that if you're scrubbing something very rough or abrasive, they will wear down fairly quickly and the foam can start breaking apart. That said, I haven’t run into a situation yet where I felt like I absolutely needed the name-brand version instead.

These work great on scuffs and grime in kitchens and bathrooms—baseboards, walls, sinks, and more. I like having a big pack so I can grab a fresh one when needed. They cut cleaning time down a lot (just use gently on delicate surfaces).

TL;DR: They work very well, but disintegrate after like three passes. Background: I wanted to clean up some wall stains without damaging the paint, and I heard that "magic erasers" were the best thing for the job. While I initially thought to get the "name brand" erasers, I figured it wouldn't hurt to give this lower-cost alternative a try, mostly out of curiosity to see whether or not they could do the job. So I took the plunge... The Good: I was fairly impressed at the ability to gently remove stains without harming the paint, even on flat/non-gloss paint. To that end, I'd say they work just fine. Also, similar to the name brand item, they work by simply wetting them and squeezing out the excess water, no need for chemicals. Hmm, only three of five stars... what gives? The Bad: While I haven't taste-tested to verify, these things must be made of cotton candy (at worst) or marshmallows (at best). They seem to fall apart/disintegrate after three or more passes/rubs on whatever surface in which they're used. It's frustrating, because after making a couple of wipes, you can feel your bare fingers making contact through the erasers. One can barely clean a standard sized door frame. Oh, you want to clean the *other* side of the door frame? Better grab another eraser. Caveat: I also purchased the name brand magic eraser with the intent to compare and contrast. As of this writing, I have yet to try the name brand to see whether or not it's composition is as flimsy/frail as found in this product. When I finally get around to using those, I'll provide an update. Conclusion: This is a fairly good product, and it works as advertised. The jury is still out on the value, as you will likely run through the 50/100/however many more quickly than you expected, as opposed to the possibly longevity of the name brand product.

Ho acquistato queste spugne magiche su Amazon e devo dire che sono state una vera scoperta. Basta inumidirle leggermente e riescono a rimuovere macchie e segni difficili con una facilità sorprendente, senza bisogno di detergenti. Le ho provate su diverse superfici (cucina, bagno, pareti e anche qualche segno sulle scarpe) e il risultato è sempre stato impeccabile. Sono pratiche, versatili e molto efficaci. Si consumano facilmente ma considerando la quantità nella confezione è ottimo il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Le ricomprerò sicuramente!
