I have hypothyroidism and get heat rashes. Since I started using this product no heat rashes at all. Absolutely 0. I will be buying this product every summer!

There is only a slight cooling sensation with this soap, very subtle. However, this brand of cooling powder is much more effective at giving a very noticeable cooling sensation. Forego the soap and just get the powder. The powder is great for hot summer nights!!

These soap bars have a menthol-like cooling effect. I found the Prickly Heat products a few years ago when my partner started experiencing heat rash every time we traveled to humid and hot climates. The soap is his newest addition and helps to soothe the pain caused by the heat rash. After showering, his skin is noticeably less red and less sensitive to the touch. He follows it up with the Prickly Heat powder and the combination seems to work well, although sometimes he'll reapply a 5-6 hours later.

The product arrived when it was supposed to and has helped me sooo much with the hot weather and having to wear a brace! I was even happy to know that I was supporting a family business.

My little guy had a pretty bad case of prickly heat behind his knees and the crease of his arms.I purchased this along with the powder and I am glad I did. It has worked very well for my son and he even asks for it to be put on. This bar has helped the itching stop and soothes the skin. With the powder added it's a winning combo. Great to have during the hot weather months to keep jock itch and athletes foot at bay.This takes a little time getting here as it's being shipped directly from Thailand so getting two bars is great. This is a product I will continue to keep in stock in my house.

I have been having a hard time with a heat rash. I'm a nurse and I'd tried everything I could think of and then some! I found this soap by accident while looking for yet another product to help with the itching and breaking out I was having due to the heat rash. I thought well I've tried a bunch of other stuff so why not?! I did and I've bought this item for the second time now. I will continue to buy this soap! LOVE it!
