This keyboard is so much better than the numerous pieces of junk I have suffered with from Logitech through the years. The keys are great and it does NOT lose connection as my Logi K545 used to do. Receiving this has really made my day. Just one word of caution the side buttons on the mouse can be pressed inadvertently on occasions because of their low position but this does not detract from this package!

There's nothing wrong with the wireless keyboard and mouse. Solid, well made and performs well. The two buttons on the mouse kind of get in the way and I would like to disable them because they are just in the wrong place. That's why I installed the Cherry Utility software that allows you to reassign keys. The software installed fine but when you run the application it kindly informs you that a Cherry Device cannot be detected even though they are via USB. I have written two emails Cherry who refuse to answer them. It's an expensive keyboard & mouse combo and I expected better of them.Lasted 18 months before key presses became sticky or failed to work and keys started to fall off.Never again - no second bite of the cherry for me.

I should have made the change to a quality keyboard and mouse much earlier. Lovely action and I can type more accurately and a little quicker with it.I didn’t realise how much h the quality of keyboards and mice included with computers had dropped over the years. Well worth the investment to upgrade.

I purchased this Cherry mouse 'n' keyboard combination after hearing lots of good things about their components but had to refund as the mouse had two buttons on the lefthand side of it that could be clicked accidentally while using it. It was right where one would naturally rest their thumb and so pages would scroll forward or back or entered data lost, over and over again. This seems to be a design flaw as most mouses that use this feature keep the side buttons clear from the natural holding position.The keyboard was quiet but had no backlight, probably due to the fact that you can run it independently on the battery so, a light would soon drain them. I returned to Logitech brand as their K740 unit is perfect for long hours of typing. The ET X08 Mouse has a position for my thumb but with the aforementioned side buttons higher up the casing so I can't accidentally click one.
