Works as intended. Happy with the price and how fast i received it during the holiday rush.

Easy to read, simple instructions, wish I had bought one earlier the value is there when you want to know the abv and can’t.

The hydrometer is great the I like that it came with a test jar and a bag to keep it all in the only thing I didnt like was the clarity of the test jar was not the best and with the small writing on the hydrometer being that the tube is not clear like glass made it hard to read if you don't fill it to the top with the liquid being tested the other thing was the brush to clean it was small I would of like to see one that fit the tube better for easier cleaning I would have paid the extra cost for slightly better equipment but for the price it's great already have been using it on my wine

Came as advertised.

Arrived in one piece and was packaged with care. Unlike so many of the other similarly priced hydrometers this was package in a way that protected the glass inside. Worked great for proofing my plum wine

The hydrometer seems to work well enough, but I was surprised to see that the scale was printed on a rolled piece of paper within the glass tube. It appears to be tacked into place with a single dollop of adhesive, and I am concerned that it may shift over time. It reads 1.000 in water, I will test with a few other substances and report back if the calibration is off.
