Fabulous set of needles
These are beautiful and sleek. They do an excellent job with all types of yarn and the connector never snags. The wood is beautiful smooth and the needle length is perfect if you prefer short needles like I do. They come with two short cables, so you will have to get larger ones for different kinds of projects. Knit picks is a great brand so you really can’t go wrong. I have received so many compliments on the vivid color of the needles and it makes using darker yarns easier to see.

Built to Last! Joy to Use!
My first interchangeable circular needles from KnitPicks were purchased somewhere around 2010. With that set still in great condition, I knew KnitPicks would be a good choice for a shortie version! This set has quickly become my favorite for small projects, and I feel confident they will last just as long as my others from KnitPicks. As with any wooden needle, yarn fiber may affect the flow of stitches compared to metal needles, but overall, these needles have a smooth finish and most yarn glides well enough for my knitting style. I love the color of the needles too, especially as a little bonus pop of color when I take in-progress photos for my blog or Instagram.

Very nice
They knit really nice. I'm a beginning knitter and I've been using cheaper needles. These are so much nicer and worth the investment! They screw on easily and are organized in a nice little pack. The pack itself tells you how to screw on the needle but doesn't include any information about the other included items.

Love them
Love these short needles! I love to make beanies and small dog sweater and these are perfect! If you are an avid knitter these are really nice and useful. Also, I have bad arthritis on my right hand and I was able to handle them just fine!

Needles are solid, good value for money. Case is terrible.
Tips work smoothly. I like that the size is engraved rather than printed on the wood, which I find wears off quickly. The case is terrible - it arrived already torn on one flap and in just four days of having this set, one of the size 10 needles (which I have not used) fell out the side of the case and is... Lost and gone forever I suppose? To be found when I move five years from now? I knew the case would be bad and intended to replace it - and I wouldn't normally ding for the bad case that's obviously not the point of the product. But being so poorly designed that needles fall out before a replacement can be found is a pretty annoying flaw!

My favorite knitting needles
I haven’t used these poles yet, but during my previous long-distance hikes with a heavy backpack, I always used trekking poles (which I had to leave behind when I moved to another country). They significantly reduce strain on the knees and help maintain balance. I was looking for a similar model — especially with similar handles that would be comfortable even during long use, without causing hand fatigue or slipping. These poles feel sturdy. They fold down quickly and are easy to adjust in height. They take up little space in a backpack and are easy to carry. These, however, make me want to be more careful — and I truly enjoy every moment of knitting with them.

Quality + excellent service!
I already owned a set of Knit Picks needles and was expecting the same from the short set. I received them just in time to finish a project with a small in the round portion. Upon using one of the needles I felt the yarn consistently snag. Upon closer look I found the tip of one needle was off due to a fault in the wood itself. I contacted Knit Picks and received a prompt response even though it was the weekend. The response was automated so on Monday I replied to the response and provided them with specific details, including the picture of the needle. That response was prompt and specific to my issue. They mailed me new tips in the size that was defective and I received them today (Thursday). No fuss, no run around, no additional fees. If you’re looking for excellence in function and service you can’t go wrong with Knit Picks!

Needles are really nice - yarn slips nicely on them. I appreciate that you can use the cords to connect with other Knit Picks needles. I was disappointed that the Amazon listing did not state the length of the cords and that both cords were the same length.

Es justo lo que estaba buscando para iniciar escotes o mangas :)!!! En México la única manera de conseguir este tipo de agujas (con estos diseños) solamente es en línea 😊😊😊😊😊 Definitivamente seguiré comprando más accesorios así.

These are my first set of interchangeables and I’m so glad I got them! Didn’t realise they were square instead of round needles and the short tips took a bit of getting used to but they are by far the most comfortable needles I’ve used (although since I used to use cheap bamboo circulars, there’s no comparison really). Makes knitting more efficient and definitely feeling less strain on my wrists. I mainly knit hats (worsted/aran weight) and they are a great set for this. My only slight complaint is the cable could be a bit longer (didn’t realise 16” was from needle tip to needle tip) but I’ve ordered a 20” knit picks cable and that should solve my issue easily.
