Works like a charm!!
I've had a leaky balcony issue for a long time that leaked through to my kitchen ceiling. I used a little can of flex seal for the bad spots and it worked so well that I bought the bigger container and did my entire balcony myself. Didn't leak through all of those bad rain storms we've had lately. This stuff is freaking amazing!!!!!

Great Product
Performs exactly as advertised. The surface is smooth once dried. I used it to coat the outside cinder blocks for planters in a pond and to waterproof the waterfall. Also applied to the area where the liner was covered by brick and mortar. It made a smooth transition and looks good. I will definitely purchase again.

Product top 2" was hard
Top 2 inches of product was hard, Web site does not mention this problem. After using it, next time used - same problem. Had to throw out over 1/3 of product. 😞

Seller not good for customer
The product is 5 Star! This review is for the seller. I ordered by mistake. Sent in cancellation request. AFTER I sent in cancel request, was denied and sent shipping info. Tried to return. Seller will not take it back.

This stuff works - great price
I was going to buy this at a large hardware store, but checked the price at Amazon and it was so much cheaper. Thrilled that I did. This fixes all of our leaks and is superior to any other product that we’ve tried.
