what size pillow will fit in these cases?

It is a good idea to put a slightly larger pillow in any size case in order to make it plump and plush. With a 16 x 16 size case, I would use an 18 x 18 pillow.

Are these light Sage green?

As a reviewer of this product, I cannot answer this question, I order the navy blue and they were a true navy if this helps any. However, I loved these pillow covers, very well made and they are so very soft.
