Mamee Chef Creamy Tom Yam Flavour Ramen Noodles 4 Pack 4x80g

I cooked these ramen like most other ramen, 3 minutes with specified amount of water w the dried veggies and I let sit for 1 minute, I then added the powder and then the oil/paste. Is stired and then prepared my beautiful bamboo chopsticks for a delightful event about to occur by the looks of things and the aroma wafting from my bowl. I was hopeful as Tom Yum/Tom Yam is one of my favorite Thai soups and I have yet to find a ramen that can get the base/stock flavor correct. Well Mamee brand sure did let me tell you that. They’ve created the tangy lemongrass base and the creamy seafood and fish flavor that your palate so desires if you are a fan and they’ve paired it with the most delightful ramen noodles. On the top you have that burning of your lips that you love so well from the hot pepper and you can see it swimming in the soup, your lips tingle at first for the pepper and it’s delightful with the lemongrass and as you get halfway they start to numb and your nose runs oh my gosh it’s a whole process. This ramen noodle eats as you eat it. I wanted two packs but I knew my colon would not thank me in the morning 🙏🤣😇. This is made in the Philippines and they knew what they were doing, thank you for your wonderful Tom Yum/Yam 🙏🌹.

I unfortunately wasn’t a fan of this flavor, a bit too tangy for my preference. I thought I’d give it a go because I’m obsessed with the curry laska flavor by the same brand but it was a miss for my palate.

Good but small.
