Quel déception! Très instructif aux niveaux de l'appareil mais 2 disques et 1 seul entrainement! J'ai déjà acheté un autre DVD Bounce Cardio de la même compagnie encore le même bla bla sur l'appareil qui sont les fondateurs. et 1 seul entrainement. Cherchez plutôt sur internet un abonnement ou vous aurez de vrais entrainement pour à peur près 20$ par mois sera plus rentable. C'est de l'arnaque ces DVD!

Great start DVD, yes you have to make an effort, keep at and you’ll feel good about yourself.
I love this DVD, Excellent Instructions with cues relating to the next positions.Although I thought it had a running time of 60 mins.
