How well do these reduce noise? Do these active noise cancelling headphones block out airplane noise?

No. Despite what the manufacturer, and other (probably paid) reviewers state, there is zero active noise canceling on these headphones. True noise canceling requires an electronic feedback mechanism where soundwaves of a given frequency are opposed by soundwaves of an opposing frequency. These do not have any such electronic mechanism. They are cheap, falsely advertised, and poorly engineered. Not only do they lack any true noise canceling, but--for whatever reason--are practically worthless, because they only achieve a max volume of about 6/10ths of what they should--even when input volume levels are set to the limit.

How is the quality of sound in these over ear Bluetooth headphones?

Totally. Unacceptable. A waste of money. Cranked at max volume, they are around 1/2 as loud as they should be. I have excellent hearing, and I tried them on multiple devices; same thing, on every single one. Plus, the headset is imply too small for any average adult. I do not have a large head, and they still hurt my ears after 30 minutes.

Do these block out people's conversations? I have noisy neighbors
