Bought a very efficient and highly rated cardiology stethoscope
I like Littman brand stethoscope and has been using this brand for 35 years, however, this was a gift to my niece who just graduate from university with her bachelor's degree in nursing.I know she will get excellent service from it for years. Littman lives up to it's name.

The envy of all stethoscope
Bought it for myself and I have to keep it on myself at all times. Colleagues were eyeballing it and I left it on my mobile station for a few minutes once. That’s once too many times and one of them walked away with it around her neck. Had to stop her and take what’s mine back.Be warned!!! If you use it for work, keep it in you at all times. Get a label maker and sticker your name on it because others will try to steal it!!!

Best Stethoscope I've ever used
I am a vet tech at a cat-only practice. A while ago, I asked one of our doctors if there was any reason why it was worth it for a vet tech to purchase one of these because she has one. Her answer was no. She went away on vacation, and my Littmann Classic III had stopped working, so during a tech appointment, I used hers.I fell in love with how much louder and cleared sound was, so at that moment, I had decided that even if I was able to fix my stethoscope, I was going to purchase a Cardiology one. Best decision I ever made. I've been promoted to Practice Manager, and I am currently in school to obtain my LVT. We are in Texas, where you don't need a license to be a Veterinary Technician, but the standards at the hospital that I work at are much higher than in many other hospitals in the state. The doctors and the staff love teaching one another, and this stethoscope has made the teaching process more straightforward. It is expensive, but it is worth every penny.I am careful with all of my equipment, and after months of having this stethoscope, it still looks like new. The colors are not faded or damaged at all. I loveit!

Tube is sticky, but will improve over time.
Seems similar to her old Littman Cardio III. My wife’s only complaint is the tubing is very sticky & her hair would get tangled in it. The tube has improved after being cleaned over time with use.
